Developing trainees’ skills in applying best practices in IT service management using the third edition IT Infrastructure Library (V3 ITIL) efficiently and effectively.

Outputs:

After completing the training in the program, it is expected that the trainee will be able to:

• Familiarity with the principles of the English language.
• Familiarity with computer principles.
• Familiarity with the program tasks and topics.
• Appropriate specialization with the jobs targeted by the program.
• At least one year of experience in practicing the specialty.
