Identify and effectively use appropriate coordination methods and means by choosing appropriate means of communication to efficiently complete the work and tasks of the unit in which the trainee works.

- The concept of coordination
- Types of circular coordination and its forms
- Coordination methods and techniques
- Coordination obstacles and their treatment
Outputs:
After completing the training in the program, it is expected that the trainee will be able to:
- Use appropriate means of communication when coordinating the work of the unit in which the trainee works.
- Effective coordination at all administrative levels.
- Coordination in the administrative unit in which the trainee works.
- Forming committees and work teams and coordinating between them effectively.
